Welcome to ICI Online Learning! Our online trainings include a variety of interactive and customizable self-guided courses for employment service providers, vocational rehabilitation leadership, transition specialists, school administrators, and other disability services professionals across the US. Our courses use engaging video case studies to illustrate best practices in providing disability services, supports, and leadership.

College of Employment Services (CES). The CES ACRE Course is a self-guided training that includes 11 CES courses plus activities and fieldwork. Learners who complete the CES ACRE training and fieldwork will receive the ACRE certificate and be listed on the Certificate Registry on the ACRE website.

CES is based on Association of People Supporting Employment (APSE) Universal Employment Competencies and includes courses endorsed by the Association of Community Rehabilitation Educators (ACRE).

ITS Employment This free training is for VR professionals to improve employment outcomes for job seekers with intellectual disabilities. Learners can complete self-paced, 2-hour course modules for Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC) credit. We offer a new training topic each month with a corresponding facilitator guide to support group learning and discussions.

National Training for Transformational Rehabilitation Leadership This leadership enhancement training program is for current and aspiring vocational rehabilitation (VR) leaders. The training covers six domains of VR leadership across three semesters that each cullminate in a faciliated peer-to-peer learning collaborative. After the final semester, participants complete an applied experiential learning capstone project to practice their transformational leadership skills.
Participants can complete all lessons asynchronously, with guidance and mentorship from experienced instructors and though community discussions with other aspiring leaders. After successfully completing the training program and capstone project, leaders can earn a nationally recognized Certified Rehabilitation Leader (CRL) credential from the CRCC.

The Transition Leadership Program prepares current and prospective educators and professionals to help students with disabilities focus on employment, college preparation, and independent living skills during the critical transition from high school to adult life. Over the course of 18 months, our highly qualified instructors lead 5 evidence-based courses, and learners engage in a hands-on practicum experience. Graduates of our program are eligible to apply for a national certification from the Council for Exceptional Children's Division on Career Development and Transition.

SELN: Supporting a Vision for Employment This online course is crafted for case managers and those in similar roles responsible for advising, assisting, and advocating for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) seeking employment. This is a self-paced course including 4 modules with scenarios, case studies and stories that put the learner "in the room" immersing them in what is happening and strengthening learning. Estimated time to complete the course is 5-6 hours, including quizzes and post-survey.
