Beth has decades of experience in the field of disability services with a focus on community engagement and employment. At the ICI, she develops and provides training and technical assistance to providers with a focus on community engagement, competitive integrated employment, and organizational transformation. Before joining the ICI, Beth coordinated a community coalition in rural Massachusetts focused on identifying, understanding, and addressing the needs of people with disabilities and their families by fostering partnerships in the community.
