Alison works on the State Systems Employment and Policy team, and on various qualitative and quantitative projects where she supports data collection and analysis. Before starting at the ICI, Alison did quantitative analysis at a non-profit working with energy access in Texas, exploring interest and public knowledge for energy efficiency loans as part of the Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program. She also had experience working with the City of Houston in public outreach and project mapping infant mortality rates across the city.
